Service Description
Package = One initial consultation with parents & 4 x calm kids sessions Calm kids is an Invention for children and teens that promotes positive mental health and well being. It teaches lifelong strategies and techniques that the child / young person will use in the event of stress and anxiety. My methods include: Mindfulness, Tapping Therapy, NLP & Hypnotherapy delivered in a solution focus way. I’m really excited to now be able to officially deliver and provide early interventions to our youngsters and to have a little fun on the way!
Cancellation Policy
The full sessional fee is chargeable if cancelled on the day of the appointment
