Here at Self Assured Mind Therapy we offer Hypnotherapy aimed at supporting clients of all ages with a range of personal issues. As a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society we have the expertise to support our clients across a range of personal issues and offer short- or long-term therapies and treatments. Hypnotherapy, when conducted by psychologists trained in hypnotherapy techniques use hypnotherapy to relax you into a state where you’re more open to making positive changes in your life, or help you relax enough to ease other issues. During hypnosis, we may ask you to envision a sensation or situation. Because you’re in a relaxed state, it’s easier to pinpoint sensation and acutely picture a change in that sensation.
