Service Description

Our Weight Loss Plan consists of 1 free consultation, 5 x Hypnotherapy sessions and One review of progress all over a 10 week period. At Self Assured Mind Therapy we offer hypnotherapy for people who present with weight issues, poor relationship with food, negative body image and eating disorders. We also support clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or any aspect of mental health.

Cancellation Policy

The full sessional fee is chargeable if cancelled on the day of the appointment
